Jenn received the award in the Workforce Innovator category, which pays tribute to those female leaders whose efforts in supply chain education and workforce development help build a better workforce. As the Vice President, People Operations for Scarbrough, she plays an integral role in fostering and maintaining our outstanding workplace culture.
Amy received her award in the Trailblazers category, which honors female leaders who continue to pave the way for future females in logistics. Amy is the Vice President & Managing Director for Scarbrough International, one of Scarbrough Global’s operating subsidiaries. In her role, she oversees all operations, personnel, and strategy for our international division. She is constantly inspiring and empowering her team to take on more responsibility and continue their professional growth.
Yana received her award in the Rising Star category, which recognizes young or newer professionals (39 and under) whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the supply chain network. Yana is Scarbrough Global’s Director of Finance and oversees finances for all Scarbrough’s operating companies. She focuses on providing financial guidance that positions the company for growth and success while maintaining Scarbrough’s people-first culture that is at the heart of the business.
There are not many more deserving women in our company or anywhere else in the industry. The work they do for Scarbrough and our customers is second to none and we wouldn’t be able to achieve our business goals without them.
Congratulations to all three of them on this accomplishment!
