When our internal logistics guy left, we needed a bigger partner to handle our freight needs internationally. Scarbrough came in and really became our turnkey partner. They handle everything on the international side freight-wise. From when it leaves our dock until it gets to our customer's dock, I don't have to worry about it.

Scarbrough's always been willing to jump in headfirst and tackle thorny problems. Their flexibility and willingness to take on those projects are wonderful. Some organizations might not want to do that because they feel these are complex issues, and someone gets blamed if it goes wrong. But Scarbrough is very willing to say, what's the problem?

I like the people I work with. Their professionalism. All the way from leadership. For instance, having Adam going out to our site directly, so we get to meet executive management even though there was no one from our executive management at the site. It's nice to have that sort of interest and care for a new relationship.

Dear Scarbrough, I just wanted to thank you for all your help and expertise facilitating our overseas shipments. I admit I was skeptical not knowing anything about Scarbrough freight when we started. I was able to take that giant leap of faith because I trusted that you knew what you were doing. Our inbound freight has never gone smoother with the full containers. And I want to thank you also for introducing the smaller 20 footers and pallet sized freight options. We have utilized both and have met some tight deadlines when we were in between filling a full size container. Now the only issue I have with you and your team is when we are late on a shipment to our customer I cannot use the easy excuse and blame the freight company.
