CBP Publishes new ISF FAQ

CBP’s held a webinar on Importer Security Filing (ISF) Enforcement  on May 5, 2015. Where they answered all the questions sumitted. Please note this  webinar focused on ISF Enforcement for ISF-10s, and all questions from the webinar pertain to ISF-10s except for the following questions that were asked during the webinar regarding ISF-5s. It is important to note that ISF-5s are not being enforced by CBP at this time.
