CAPE ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico m\u00e9todo para presentar solicitudes de reembolso. <\/p>\n\n<p>Como recordatorio, esta herramienta consolida los reembolsos y los intereses de la IEEPA, eliminando la necesidad de presentar solicitudes por cada entrada. La Fase I admitir\u00e1 todas las entradas no liquidadas, as\u00ed como determinadas entradas dentro de los 80 d\u00edas posteriores a la liquidaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Para utilizar la herramienta CAPE, los usuarios <strong>DEBEN<\/strong> tener una cuenta activa en el portal ACE de la CBP.
