Exclusions from China Section 301 Tariffs Have Been Extended by USTR Well into the New Year

This extension allows for a thorough review of these exclusions, considering factors and goals outlined by law, to assess opportunities for sourcing shifts to the United States or other countries. Additionally, it sets the stage for aligning future decisions on these exclusions with the ongoing four-year review.
