Deze wijzigingen vormen een herziening van de eerdere Section 232-tariefstructuur, en eerdere richtlijnen over het uitsplitsen van metaalwaarden op basis van het percentage van het totale product zijn niet langer van toepassing. De bijgewerkte tariefstructuur is als volgt:  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Artikelen die geheel of nagenoeg geheel uit aluminium, staal of koper bestaan, worden onderworpen aan een tarief van 50%.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Afgeleide artikelen die grotendeels uit aluminium, staal of koper bestaan, worden onderworpen aan een tarief van 25%.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" data-aria-posinset=\"3\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Bepaalde industri\u00eble apparatuur en apparatuur voor het elektriciteitsnet worden tot en met 2027 onderworpen aan een tarief van 15%.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" data-aria-posinset=\"4\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Producten die in het buitenland zijn vervaardigd, maar volledig bestaan uit aluminium, staal of koper van Amerikaanse oorsprong, worden onderworpen aan een tarief van 10%.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-list-defn-props=\"{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}\" data-aria-posinset=\"5\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Producten die voor 15% of minder uit aluminium, staal of koper bestaan, vallen niet langer onder de Section 232-tarieven.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">CBP merkte tevens op dat deze proclamatie geen bestaande handelsovereenkomsten met het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de Europese Unie, Japan of Korea met betrekking tot tarieven op deze producten vervangt.
