CBP heeft nu de opdracht gekregen om alle boekingen zonder de IEEPA-tarieven af te handelen of opnieuw af te handelen, inclusief alle niet-afgehandelde boekingen en alle afgehandelde of definitief afgehandelde boekingen. Dit betekent dat boekingen die de protesttermijn van 180 dagen hebben overschreden, in aanmerking zouden moeten komen voor IEEPA-restituties, een wijziging in reikwijdte die gunstig is voor veel importeurs.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">CBP-updates<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">CBP <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aaei.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/CIT-IEEPA-CBP-UPDATE-3_31_26.pdf\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">heeft aangekondigd<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> dat alle componenten van CAPE voor 60 tot 85% voltooid zijn. De verwachting is dat Fase I van CAPE ongeveer 63% van alle betrokken boekingen zal dekken, inclusief alle niet-afgehandelde boekingen en alle boekingen die nog binnen de termijn van 90 dagen vallen waarbinnen CBP een herliquidatie kan initi\u00ebren.
