Scarbrough Global Promotes Leopoldo Lopez to Managing Director, Mexico

Scarbrough Global proudly announces the promotion of Leopoldo Lopez to the position of Managing Director, Mexico. Lopez will lead all Scarbrough’s operations in Mexico including both Scarbrough Mexicana, Scarbrough’s Mexican Customs Brokerage, and Scarbrough de Mexico, which covers domestic & international freight operations. 

“I could not be more excited for Polo and grateful that he agreed to take on this challenge with us,” said Adam Hill, Scarbrough Global CEO. “I am excited to see where he will take us in the coming weeks, months, and years.” 

Scarbrough reopened its Mexican freight division, Scarbrough de Mexico, earlier in 2024 and entrusted leadership of that division to Lopez. Scarbrough de Mexico has already seen great progress under Lopez in 2024 and looks forward to seeing that success continue across all Mexican operations.  

Lopez has served as the Director of Sales for Scarbrough Mexico for the past 18 months and brings extensive logistics industry experience into his new role. He has been involved in all aspects of the company’s business in Mexico during his time with Scarbrough, including customs brokerage, import/export, international logistics, and warehousing & distribution services. He brings 25 years of industry experience into his new role.
