Scarbrough Promotes Matt Wilcox to COO

Scarbrough Global is proud to announce the promotion of Matt Wilcox to Chief Operating Officer! In his new role, Wilcox will oversee all North American operations for Scarbrough’s family of companies. 

Since joining Scarbrough in 2023 as Director, Operations of Scarbrough Transportation, he has driven the domestic transportation division to impressive growth and success. With his extensive background in transportation, Matt has delivered innovative solutions for clients across all industries and sizes.  

“This is an exciting time to capitalize on the strides we’ve made operationally and help our customers any way we can,” said Wilcox. “I’ve always enjoyed and excelled at working with teams to find new and better ways to provide outstanding service and that’s what we’ll continue to do – under one operational umbrella. We have such momentum at Scarbrough right now, it’s a terrific time to be here and I’m really excited to kick off this next chapter of my career.” 

Now stepping into the COO role, his second promotion in just two years, Matt will lead operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. His expanded role will unify Scarbrough’s customs, transportation, warehousing and international freight forwarding divisions, creating more streamlined service offerings and stronger value for clients.
